7so many things went wrong...
Good: location
Bad: there is construction right in front of the hotel- our room was right i. front- no advise or warning was given to us.
no porter to take luggages ip the stairs where the room was
the a/c didn’t work on our last night- it was the hottest weekend in london- and they couldn’t fix it . they gave us fans but …. they offered a small disc. (but if i wanted a cheaper room i would have else where j but it made our stay uncomfortable.
for the money we paid - it is the first hotel i have stayed in that did t give complimentary water- i was shocked!

Good: I loved the location - right on Sloane Square. Very central and easy to get to. I liked the size of my room - compared to other central London hotels it was a good sized single room.
Bad: I didn't have any hot water in my shower in the morning. The furniture was a tad dated.
