4Very basic accommodation.
Good: Breakfast wasn't too bad. Ladies serving breakfast were very nice.
Bad: Very tired place. I think the tube ran directly under my bed. Man who greeted me at reception was terse and slow. The curtains didn't quite meet, and were relatively thin so did not exclude light fully.

2We dont like your hotel.
Good: Room was clean and there is a kettle
Bad: There was no variety in breakfast. We stayed in no.272 room. We left the room in the morning and closed the door, but when we returned in the evening, we found the door open. We checked to see if our belongings had been stolen. Our belongings had not been stolen, but it was a very disturbing and unsettling situation. When we reported it to the staff, they treated it as if it was not an abnormal situation and did not care about it. They did not even check the cameras and did not provide us with any information.

Good: The location was very good. The staff were welcoming and friendly .
Bad: There is no elevator and no luggage carrying service, so if you have heavy luggage , definitely you'll be in trouble!

Good: The bed was comfortable as was the room. . Excellent location.
Bad: The shower had very hot water unable to use could not regulate to cold . Nevertheless this was the only issue.
