9Great location in Hammersmith, tidy...
Good: Superb location in relation to hammersmith underground and being able to get around London easily. Our room was of a good size and even though in the basement had a door that opened out onto a terrace area, which as we left they were adding planeter boxes and chairs to for use. Friendly team and any requests were quickly responded to.
Bad: The bathroom was an interesting set up,not sure if this was just our room or others were like this. It worked for a couple of days I think for any longer we would have struggled. Hooks need to be provided to be able to hang towels and brighter lighting would have made a difference to this area.
